Intensive short-term training focused on the basics — just keep practicing nigiri and rolls!
In many countries, fish is pre-sliced in advance, so if you can master this, you’re already a capable sushi chef!

中級者向け、ネタを切り寿司にする。包丁の使い方を実践を通じて、上級の寿司職人に!
For intermediate learners – learn to slice fish and make authentic sushi.

応用技術や、店舗研修を含む本格育成、熟練の寿司職人になれます!
You can become a skilled sushi chef through advanced techniques and authentic training, including hands-on experience in a real restaurant!

10年修行した職人に負けない技術を取得できます。また、店舗経営のノウハウ、卒業後の即店舗経営のサポートもします。

卒業後は、国内外の寿司店への就職支援に加え、独立・開業を目指す方へのサポート体制も整えています。

At our school, you can learn sushi skills and gain real experience by working in a sushi shop.
You’ll also receive a small part-time wage during your training — a little extra to help cover daily expenses.
After graduation, we offer job support in Japan and help with starting your own sushi business.
