本校の「1か月寿司職人養成コース」は、寿司作りの技術に集中した、実践型の短期養成プログラムです。包丁作業を行わず、寿司の基本「シャリ・握り・巻き」にフォーカス。初めての方でも、1か月後には自信を持って寿司を握れるようになります。

1.🗾 寿司の歴史と日本の食文化についての紹介
寿司のはじまり、種類の違い、日本の食文化の考え方などをわかりやすく解説します。
2.🍚 おいしい酢飯(シャリ)の炊き方・仕込み
米の選び方や炊き方、酢の合わせ方、シャリの扱い方まで。寿司の要である土台を丁寧に学びます。
3.✋ にぎり寿司・巻き寿司の基本的な作り方
手の動き、シャリの量、ネタの置き方、巻き方などを反復練習。とにかく“手で覚える”1か月です。
4.🎨 盛り付けや見せ方のコツ
見た目も寿司のうち。器の使い方や並べ方の工夫、写真映えする盛り付け方法も学べます。
